Recurring Programming:
– Ms. Alexis’s Big & Little Bookworms is scheduled for almost every Monday at 5:00 PM. It will not be hosted on April 6th.
– Teen Tuesdays will be hosted on April 7th and April 21st. On April 7th at 5:00 PM, Ms. Alexis will be showing teens how to make origami fortune tellers (also known as cootie catchers), and on April 21st at 5:00 PM, she will join teens in making a special Earth Day craft using old CDs.
– Chess Club will be every Wednesday at 5:00 PM, hosted by Palmer.
– Jake will be hosting Magic: The Gathering every Thursday evening – except for April 23rd – at 5:00 PM.
– Jake will also be coordinating an interactive Dungeons & Dragons campaign every Saturday afternoon at 1:00 PM.
– Alexis & I are hosting our Romance Book Club on April 23rd at 6:00 PM. We will be discussing “Nocticadia” by Keri Lake, so make sure to read it if you want to attend!
– Alexis & I are also having our second Scrap & Yap on Tuesday, April 28th at 5:00 PM – which is essentially a scrapbooking and journaling club. Participants can bring their own supplies and projects to work on, but we will also supply journals and journaling accessories for those who need them.
– Jane is having her Monthly Book Club Gathering on April 30th at 5:30 PM. Participants should read any historical fiction book to prepare for this meeting.
Special Programming:
– Palmer will be hosting SAT Prep on Thursday, April 9th at 5:00 PM for teens.
– Ms. Alexis will be putting together two special programs for children in April. One will be on Saturday, April 11th and the other will be on Saturday, April 25th. Both programs will be held at 11:00 AM.
– Jane is showing “Little Women” (NR) from 1933 on Friday, April 24th at 11:00 AM.
